91. How gratitude can strengthen our relationships
We are all guilty of not noticing the amazing things that people do for us sometimes (however big or small), and instead notice the things they do that annoy us.
Having a gratitude mindset can help strengthen our bonds with people, whether that's close relationships, or how we reflect on our past relationships that haven't worked out.
