103. When things seem to keep going "wrong" and not going to plan

After the week I've had, I just had to share the chain of events! 

From car MOT fails, to forgotten shopping orders and carbon monoxide alarms (hence the lateness of this episode), things have just kept happening that made my week feel very up and down!! They're not massive, life changing things, but very disruptive all the same. 

I'm here today talking about what goes through my mind when these things happen, and what I do to try and rise above all these things (how to get through it)
